G/T Parents Webinar
Secondary FISD G/T parents, please join us for a webinar where G/T specialists will share strategies for parenting gifted students. Raising a gifted child can be both a joy and a challenge. Sometimes it may feel like working on an impossibly complex jigsaw puzzle. You are sifting through pieces of information, trying to find what best fits your child. In this evening session, we will talk about possible gaps in executive functioning & strategies to reinforce those skills, managing stress and encouraging balance in their daily lives, and how to help G/T students deal with perfectionism and other issues common to gifted students.
